The new installed vacuum potting equipment for stators guarantees highest moulding quality and process stability, as well as a considerable reduction in manufacturing time. Potted stators offer improved temperature behaviour and better mechanical and electrical stability. 

Under Download you will find a report about a drive unit for a gas turbine with 500,000 rpm. This motor has been realized together with the ETH in Zurich/Switzerland. 

With stator outside diameters from 10mm, ATE can offer high speed drive units. Different systems, like the stator / rotor unit itself  or complete motor systems can be realized. Just ask us, we look forward to it.
