Winding compound
The winding compound has a major effect on the cooling properties of the stator and on the mechanical load capacity of the winding. Cooling properties and mechanical load capacity are the main factors determining the increasing power, reliability, electric stability (voltage rise in case of inverter operation) and durability of stators.
In this way, a distinctly better performance can be achieved at the same stator temperature. Moreover, the winding is optimally protected against moisture and condensation, as well as against mechanical damage, for instance when assembling the complete motor or during cleaning and servicing.
- Unmachined stators
- Stators machined for dimensional accuracy
- Stators machined and mounted in cooling sleeve / motor housing
Design
- Versions with 2, 4, 6, 8 or more poles
- Outside diameter of stator 30 – 300 mm
