A young management team and decades of experience are not mutually exclusive at ATE. We keep things casual and enjoy spending time together – both at work and in our free time. Fast decision-making processes, being solution-oriented and flat hierarchies are all part of our everyday. We are technically imaginative and we search for challenges – whether machine tools, turbo compressors, test bench machines or high-end engines for motor racing. In doing so, we go our own way and rethink a well-known product – but without ever losing sight of what our customers want.
