Apprentice Excursion 2025

New colleagues began their apprenticeships at ATE in September. To start and get to know each other, a trip with a group of all apprenticeship years took place last week.

This time, the group headed to the Iller River, where teamwork challenges and the construction of their own rafts awaited four groups. After the colleagues had to cross the river on foot as a team-building exercise, the rafts were launched and paddled down the Iller. It turned out that not all of the vessels were built to withstand currents. But a true team doesn't leave anyone behind, so the colleagues were quickly rescued or towed away by canoe.

Returning to the dry riverbank, the trip concluded with a barbecue on the Iller.
