The management of ATE Antriebstechnik und Entwicklungs GmbH & Co. KG has granted Mr. Tobias Bank power of attorney, effective May 1, 2026.
Mr. Bank has been serving as Head of HR/Finance at ATE since March 1st, 2025. In this role, he has quickly and successfully integrated into the existing organizational structures. Furthermore, thanks to his extensive professional experience and outstanding expertise, he has already made a significant contribution to the company’s stability and continued development.
With this appointment, the management team now consists of CEO Stefan Heinz, together with the two authorized signatories, Markus Horn and Tobias Bank.
